I am writing to ask if you would be willing to possibly donate something to be auctioned off at our 12th Parents Night Out Event. We would greatly appreciate your support. This is the highlight fundraiser of our school ear - it includes a dinner with a silent and live auction and provides major

funding for 5th grade band, Art, Physical Education, and Technology. This event takes place on Saturday May 14th

2020 at 5pm at the Carlsbad Brewing Company in Carlsbad. This year’s theme is Hops for Hope.

We invite you to consider supporting our annual Fundraising event, Parents Night Out. Supporting Hope Elementary School is an excellent opportunity for you and your business to reach a new and loyal

audience, while sending a strong message in support of education. Please consider helping us reach our fundraising goal of $35,000 this year.

In addition your donation would show the teachers how much we appreciate all that they are doing to provide our students with an excellent education. Their dedication to each student receiving an excellent

education is admirable, and their endless enthusiasm for the students learning how to make good choices & become great people is incredible.

Hope is able to offer every student enrichment programs including art, music, physical education, educational assemblies, and computer technology because of organizations like yours. We would not be

able to make any of this happen without the support of our community. Your donation will 100% benefit all of the 614 Students, 65 Teachers and Staff. Hope is a 501c3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID:

41-2034367).

Anything you can donate toward this event would be greatly appreciated. It would be included in all press reports. All organizations that donate are advertised prominently around our school, on our website and all social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
