Franklin VNA & Hospice is a small, independent non-profit Home Health and Hospice agency located in Franklin, NH.  We provide hospice care to patients and their families in times when they need it most.  Last year, we provided 3,270 visits to 77 Hospice patients and their families in towns from Salisbury to Gilmanton.  Our Home-Based Hospice Program ensures comfort, pain care, end of life planning, bereavement support and so much more. 

We are seeking donation items for silent and live auctions at our First Annual Hospice Ball on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 5:00 pm. This event will be held in the Flagship Ballroom at the Chase House in Meredith, NH.

This event is slated to be our largest annual fundraiser and will specifically benefit our hospice program so that we may continue to care for patients at the end of their life, while also providing bereavement support to their families.  Funds raised during this event will help to cover costs for patients who are either uninsured or underinsured.  Care is provided based on need, and not driven by a patient’s ability to pay.

This event brings together community members from the Lakes Region and beyond for an evening of dinner, dancing, and most importantly-fundraising.  Your donation is greatly appreciated, and will help raise much needed funds for our Hospice Program.
