Dear Community/Business Partner,

You have the opportunity to invest in your local elementary school and community. We are in
need of donations for our annual fall festival, Howl-A-Bration. The FUN-FILLED event will be
held at Timber Drive Elementary on Friday, November 4th, 2022 from 5:00pm-7:00pm. During
this festival we will have a silent auction where every dollar raised goes to help fund school
improvement projects, cultural arts events, support teacher grants, and to provide for the
students and teacher’s needs. Your support would help our event to be another huge success!
You can help in one of the following ways:
1) Items for onsite raffles and silent auctions (ex: admission tickets, sports tickets, gift
certificates, electronics, gift baskets, gift cards, a big ticket item, etc.)
2) Monetary donations or sponsorships.

Donations can be mailed to the school with the attached donation form at the address on the
letterhead (ATTN: PTA~Howlabration)
