The Hunt Middle School Band Booster Club is an independent non-profit organization that exists primarily for the purpose of advancing the educational experience of the students of the Hunt Middle School Band located in Frisco, Texas.  The objectives of the Hunt Middle School Band Booster Club is to encourage a high level of individual achievement, appreciation of music, and cooperation with other band members.  We promote a closer relationship between parents, students, and staff in an atmosphere of mutual cooperation, support, and respect. We also provide support to the school, band directors, and staff so that they will have the greatest opportunity to help our youth achieve their goals.  The HMS Band Booster Club also provides resources, both human and financial, to the HMS band and its’ members.  The Boosters may provide financial support that is deemed appropriate for activities or items outside of the school district’s revenue.

Our band is hosting a major Dance fundraiser for the Hunt Band on September 29th. The profits from the event go towards band equipment/instruments, clinicians/instrument specialists, music, scholarships for lessons and more!

Our goal for this year's dance is $5,000. We cannot meet this goal without the help and support of our Frisco community. We are asking community sponsors to help defray costs so that we can maximize the benefits our band students receive throughout the school year. Our organization would love it if you could continue to show your support in either a cash donation or donations in-kind, such as gift cards or prize packs for our raffles, which will occur at the dance.  The Fall Dance will comprise of two dances (one dance for 6th graders and another dance for 7th & 8th graders), so ideally we woud really appreciate two donations for each basket so that we could raffle one at each dance.

In appreciation of your generous contribution, your company name will be featured on our advertising materials and featured during the dance itself via DJ shout-outs and posters. Your contribution is also tax deductible (Hunt Band Boosters is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization), and you will receive a receipt from our Band Booster Treasurer.
