Description

All proceeds from our Charity Golf Tournament will be directed towards essential programs, services and direct support for thousands of children, youth, adults and families affected by hydrocephalus and/or spina bifida across Canada. These life-long neurological conditions have ongoing medical challenges. Many have difficulties with mobility requiring wheelchairs, braces and walkers. Learning disabilities, difficulty in social situations and mental health issues are often a common occurrence. People turn to Hydrocephalus Canada in their time of need. Your support will ensure we are available to help with guidance and emotional support today and throughout the year.

Eric Smith, Sportsnet media personality and Hydrocephalus Board member, will be in attendance. He will be on the course playing a hole or two with participants throughout the day. Eric’s entertaining emcee duties at the dinner and live auction are always a hit with the players!

Hydrocephalus Canada is a registered charity that is not government funded. We rely entirely on community sponsors and donations from corporations, foundations, individuals and fundraising events. Since 1973, we have been dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those affected by the complex disabling conditions of spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
