Every October Nevada PEP recognizes National Bullying Prevention Month inpartnership with the National Bullying Center. This year we are so excited to showcase our I Care We Care - Creating an Ocean of Kindness campaign. This year we have a virtual PEP explorer as we take a deep dive into bullying prevention. We will be collecting and sharing messages of kindness and hope from children, young adults, families, businesses, and organizations in different communities across Nevada to show they care about bullying prevention. The “I Care, We Care” PEP Explorer will be fueled with messages of kindness and hope to help raise awareness about bullying prevention in Nevada. These messages will be shared on our I Care, We Care Gallery wall on our website and those who submit a message will be entered into our weekly raffle!

We are proud to partner with Findlay Automotive Group and Fox 5 Take 5 to Care. In October Nevada PEP will be the official charity of the month featured on Fox 5 Take 5 to Care highlighting the I Care We Care Creating an Ocean of Kindness Bullying Prevention Campaign.

The "I Care, We Care" campaign will:

• Raise awareness about the impact of bullying on our students
• Share information and strategies to recognize and prevent bullying
• Provide resources on how to get help and learn more about bullying
• Bring communities together to show that they care!
