The Geneseo Ikes are a chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America, one of America’s oldest and most successful conservation organizations. We are a local non-profit organization in Geneseo IL focused on conservation, youth education and outdoor recreation. The Geneseo Ikes is run entirely by volunteers.  We are hosting a silent auction at our Ice Cream Social on June 11, 2024 to raise money for sponsoring additional youth activities. We are expecting between 250-300 people to attend. Specifically, we are raising funds to hold the following events:  Youth Fishing Rodeo, Halloween Wiener Roast (carving pumpkins, scavenger hunt/treats, crafts), Ice Fishing Clinic and education workshops on wildlife, habitat restoration and conservation practices.  In order, to make our auction a reality, we are seeking unique and interesting items to auction off. Any donations or monetary contributions would be greatly appreciated. Any sponsors will be acknowledged at the event and be included in our advertising for the events.
