On Sunday, March 10th, the International Charter School of Atlanta (ICSAtlanta) will hold its annual Run the World with ICSAtlanta 5K and Fun Run. This is an event open to the community to promote fitness and raise funds for ICSAtlanta. This family-friendly event will feature a timed 5K at 9:00, followed by a Fun Run, as well as fun activities. Last year, over 600 runners participated! This year, we are holding our annual Virtual Silent Auction the week before the race to build the excitement. 

We would like to ask for your support for this fun, community-building event. ICSAtlanta respectfully requests a donation of a family friendly auction item for the silent auction. All funds raised throughout “Race Weekend” will go towards supporting ICSAtlanta’s operations and central purpose – nurturing students to become compassionate, lifelong learners who are committed to taking actions that will improve our world. As a state charter school, ICSAtlanta receives about half of the funding that traditional public schools receive. So, fundraising efforts like this one are critical to ICSAtlanta’s success.  

The International Charter School of Atlanta (ICSAtlanta) is the premier Metro Atlanta public international school open to all Georgia students. With a focus on multiculturalism and inquiry-based learning, students experience Dual Language Immersion (DLI) education, with the ability to study French, German, Mandarin, or Spanish. ICSAtlanta, is an International Baccalaureate World School for both the PYP & MYP programs with a focus to educate students to become open-minded, principled global citizens. ICSAtlanta currently has more than 840 students enrolled in grades K-8.
