The BrandLab is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit organization founded in 2009 that serves the Midwest. Our mission is to open the marketing and advertising profession to all voices and perspectives.

We accomplish our mission by providing inclusion, exposure, access, and opportunity to the next generation of creative problem solvers. We provide training, internships, fellowships, and professional development opportunities to support underrepresented communities and the marketing and advertising profession. 

On September 25, 2025, we are hosting our fourth-annual fundraising event, IGNITE 2025: A Night to Ignite Opportunity and Shape the Future. It’s more than just an event—it's a testament to the marketing and advertising industry's transformative power.

This is the time to double down on the work ahead. This is the time to create real opportunities for young talent, ensuring they have the support, resources, and pathways to launch sustainable careers in a profession that is stronger when more voices are at the table.
