Leap forward with us at AMITA Health's first systemwide gala to celebrate our coming together as one to carry on the faith-based mission that has always guided our legacy Adventist, Alexian Brothers and Presence Health Ministries. Proceeds will be invested in exceptional peaople, programs and services that would not exsist without philanthropy and that care for the bodies, mind and spirits of those we serve such as spiritual care, navigation, care coordination or reaching out into the community to address unmet needs such as food, housing and transportation. This event is open to the public. Over 1,000 people will be in attendance, including Health System leadership, physicians, board members and community leaders.
