Description

We are asking for sponsors and donations in way of silent and/or live auction items for our Annual Dinner/Auction benefiting Incarnation Parish School. This event will be held on Friday, November 17th, 2023” with 300-400 guests in attendance. Your sponsorship and/or donation is needed no later than Monday October 2, 2023. Your sponsorship and/or donated Item(s) will directly benefit our schools educational programs. 

We would like to ask you to please consider sponsoring or donating auction item(s) to this event. Please be sure to include any marketing collaterals, brochures, and relevant details you wish to include in your sponsorship or about the item(s) you donate, so we can include an accurate description at our event/auction.

Incarnation’s Annual Gala/Auction is organized by parents and is the school’s largest fundraiser. The proceeds from this event are used to supplement the capital and education programs at the school. Incarnation School is a 501C(3) entity, Tax ID #02-0615331; your donations  is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
