Our Foundation is hosting our annual Gala on March 23, 2024.  Our non-profit organization hosts our annual gala as our biggest fundraiser to help raise funds for those who have been diagnosed with cancer and going through their cancer journey.  We support both children and adults on their cancer journey with faith, love, and financial support.  The gala will help us be able to directly give back to our monthly cancer warriors with financial help who are chosen by friends and family that were nominated, as well as our emergency gas and grocery gift cards to help give out funds to those who have emergency needs, and our biggest program, which is our backpack program.  We deliver backbacks filled with necessities to help start patients on their cancer treatments at different hospitals throughout Minnesota.  The backpacks are filled with blankets, gloves, notebooks, pens/markers, cards, etc. to help pass the time and know that these cancer warriors are supported.  Our goal is to continue to grow the backpack program to reach all hospital systems in Minnesota.  This past year we gave out over 2000 backpacks and want to continue to increase that goal.  All of the funds raised during the Gala go directly back to our programs and those in need.  Our event is a formal event with a dinner served.  During the evening, we have games to also help raise money by those in attendance, silent auction, live auction, entertainment, and program that includes some recipients of our monetary donations from our past programs.  Our goal is that no one going through their cancer journey should feel alone and we wnat to be able to support them as our mission states "with love, faith, and finanical help."
