For over 30 years, Inside Out has brought the community together through challenging attitudes by promoting, producing, and exhibiting films that put 2SLGBTQ+ stories at the forefront. As a result, Inside Out has become Canada’s largest 2SLGBTQ+ film festival. This year, the 33rd Annual Toronto Film Festival will take place May 25 - June 5th at the TIFF Bell Lightbox. The average attendance at our festival is around 35,000 patrons, with 200+ volunteers.

The annual Toronto film festival is made possible by the essential work of our loyal Volunteers. Our Volunteers are remarkable folks who carve out time in their hectic lives to create a space where the community can come together and feel welcome. Our population of volunteers is highly engaged and dedicated with some folks actively volunteering with us for over 10 years. As an appreciation for their hard work, we throw our Volunteers an epic wrap-up party where we offer unbelievable prizes as a small thank-you for their dedication to community involvement.

We hope you’ll join us in showing gratitude for our incredible Volunteers by making an item or in-kind donation to our prize pool and volunteer programming. The Volunteer appreciation party will be taking place shortly after our festival wraps up in the second week of June. In addition to supporting a great cause, being involved in the prize pool provides the opportunity to showcase your brand to our loyal volunteers. For many Volunteers, this party will also kickstart their pride celebrations and set the tone of their brand loyalty for the month ahead.

All donors will receive logo recognition under our 2023 festival sponsorship page under our “Volunteer Appreciation Circle” and Logo and name recognition at our Volunteer party and promotional emails to our volunteers surrounding the event.
