As we gear up for the end-of-the-year state testing, we want to motivate our students around continuous learning. Our district uses the iReady program in which students practice their Reading and Math skills. The goal is to complete 50+ minutes a week on their learning path. Each lesson they pass, students receive a a raffle ticket. On each Friday for the month of April, we hold a drawing. Student names that are pulled from the raffle will receive a Six Flags ticket for themselves and a guest. We hope this effort will get students excited about completing their lessons and help demonstrate proficiency on the state assessment.
