Description

Irish Night 2016 kicks off our fundraising event season for the Sisters of St. Dominic of Amityville.  It is our oldest, and dearest event.  For nearly 40 years, Sister-volunteers and friends have worked tirelessly to raise the funds needed to care for our beloved Sisters living in Carlin Hall, our infirmary at our Motherhouse in Amityville.  These dedicated women have spent their entire lives serving the people of God; now it is our turn to care for them.

Irish Night 2016 will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2015 at St. Brigid’s School in Westbury.  It begins with a Mass for Peace followed by a dinner dance at which guests are invited to take chances on raffles and silent auction items provided by generous benefactors such as you. Each year our event is attended by more than 500 guests from the metro area.

Last year we raised over $48,000 for the needs of our infirm and senior Sisters in Carlin Hall.  Our goal for this year is $60,000.

Please be assured that your contribution will be put to good use for our senior Sisters who, in turn, promise to remember you and your intentions in their daily prayers.

Thank you for your consideration and support.
