I am a representative of the Normal Community High School Ironmen Bands Booster located in Normal, Illinois. We are a part of the McLean County Unit District #5 Music Parent Association non-profit 501(c)3 public charity and all money raised by the Ironmen Bands is used to support and enrich the students and the band program. Through the support of organizations such as yours, you positively impact the band students by helping meet classroom needs, support the arts, and contribute to the education of our children. 

 
We are hosting our annual Jazz Night on Friday, February 16, 2024. This musical concert provides band students of Normal Community High School the ability to showcase all they have learned throughout the year as well as other jazz bands to perform. Students, families, and the community enjoy an entertaining evening full of music, food, and fellowship while raising funds for Ironmen Bands. As part of the event, there will also be a silent auction. It is through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations like yours that this auction is possible.

 
I am writing to request that you please consider making a donation to the annual Ironmen Bands Jazz Night. Donations of your services, gift certificates, memberships, or any other items would be a welcome addition and may be tax deductible. Your donation may be combined with others in and around the community to form gift baskets. Or, if you choose, you may form a basket of your own. This event has become an annual tradition at the school that attracts over 200 students, families, and community members.
