Dear Friend of Coventry Christian Schools:
The Parents, Teachers, and Others organization (PTO) of Coventry Christian Schools is excited to be hosting its 29th annual
auction. Each year, the generous funds raised from this event are invested into our most valuable assets – our students!
As a small, private school, our annual auction allows us to provide our students with resources vital to enriching their
academic and social development throughout the school year.
Where and when is the Annual Auction being held?
The 29th Annual Auction will be held on April 22, 2023 at our very own CCS Events Center/Dining Hall.
Why is your donation so important?
Historically, this event has become the PTO’s largest and most impactful fundraiser. Money raised from our annual auction
helps us accomplish many great things each year which includes meeting student needs and sponsoring family fellowship
activities throughout the year. These fellowship activities include Fall Fest, 100th Day of School and other fun community
events. Past funds have been provided to the school like funding part of the gym floor, annual teacher allowances, staff
development, and parent/caregiver development events. The funds raised this year will not only go towards supporting
these continued activities, but they will also go towards initiating new projects and improvements directly benefiting our
students.
What can you do to Help?
In preparation for this year’s event, we are collecting donations for our silent and verbal auctions. Donations can include gift
cards to retail stores, restaurants, excursions and experiences, and other services, as well as artwork, jewelry, furniture,
and other small, medium, and large goods, such as gift baskets, books, arts and crafts, games, fun activities, and so much
more. We realize that you may receive requests from other local organizations seeking donations or sponsorships and that
it is not always possible to give to all. We are hopeful to have the opportunity to partner with you this year. Every donation,
no matter how big or small, makes an incredible impact and 100% of the proceeds benefit our students.

With this letter, you will find a donation form which will provide us with information about your donation. Due to the countless
volunteer hours that go into the planning and coordination of this event, and our commitment to providing every donor and
supporter with attentive care, we respectfully ask that all donations be provided to our school no later than April 14, 2023.
