On May 21, 2022, Copley-Price Family YMCA will host our 2nd Annual “It’s for the Kids” Every Summer has a Story Gala Event at Copley-Price Family YMCA.

In the wake of the global pandemic, we have changed our event to be more meaningful by hosting it here at our branch where the real magic of the community happens. For some, the YMCA is a gym and practice facility. For many, it’s a childcare center and the hub of summer camp. But for all, the Y is a place where people connect with neighbors, friends, and people from all walks of life in support of one another. People say home is where the heart is, and for us, our hearts are with the people at the Y, and the Copley-Price Family YMCA is home.

Copley-Price Family YMCA is an inner-city San Diego Y dedicated to helping kids reach their fullest potential. Your donation or sponsorship is a commitment to make our community stronger. With over 3,000 youth in City Heights receiving scholarships to participate in programs like sports, swimming, Teen Achievers, preschool, after-school, and camp you can see the need is great. This year we will spend over $850,000 in scholarships for our families. The full amount your donation brings at our fundraising auction or sponsorship donation will go to support camp all year-round and our youth that attend them.
