Sponsored by the Ithan Elementary PTO, Spring Thing is Ithan’s major annual fundraiser. This family
event includes carnival rides, games, food, a DJ, and a raffle and silent auction. The money raised by
Spring Thing is used to fund projects, supplies and services that are not included in the school’s budget
but are needed in order to help our students excel and reach their full potential in a fun, safe and caring
environment.
Last year thanks to the generosity of local businesses and the support of the hundreds of families who
attended, Spring Thing raised more than $30,000! We are hoping that you and your business will be
willing to help us surpass that number this year by supporting our raffle and silent auction. Our local
businesses have always been very generous in supporting Spring Thing by donating an experience, gift
certificate, product, or service that can be raffled or auctioned off at the event.
All supporting businesses will receive recognition on posters displayed at the school the week before
Spring Thing and at the event, and on promotional material sent home with students. The Ithan
Elementary PTO is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all donations are tax deductible.
