Description

We are a local non-profit 501(c)(3)organization that holds an annual charity golf tournament in Phoenix, AZ where 100% of the proceeds are given to a local charity that focuses on health, wellness, healing and awareness. Each year we select a different organization to partner with that meets this criteria. Our group inspires togetherness, unity and helping those in need. Over the last three years we have raised over $38,000 for well-deserving local organizations. This year we have partnered with the Phoenix Chapter of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation. Angelman Syndrome (AS) is a rare neuro-genetic disorder that occurs in one in 15,000 live births or 500,000 people worldwide.  It shares symptoms and characteristics with other disorders including autism, cerebral palsy and Prader-Willi syndrome.  Our contributions help families afford essential equipment that these children need in order to perform the common daily functions which are altered by the syndrome.  An individual with AS will light up a room with their smile and laughter!

We are seeking donations in the form of door prizes, raffle items, silent auction items, gift cards and gift bag items to help continue with the excitement of the event.  It creates the buzz that has allowed us to grow from 28 participants and attendees in our early years to more than 150 for last year’s event.  Raffle and auction items allow us to provide revenue generating options so that at the end of the tournament we will provide as much financial assistance as possible to Families Raising Hope.  We obtain as many donated as possible so that we have minimal "out of pocket" expenses.  At the end of the day we retain $0 from the years' proceeds.  Every remaining penny goes to the charity, and nobody on our staff receives payment for their services.

Our sponsors are recognized on our websites, our social media platforms and

through email marketing campaigns.
