Dear Owner/Manager,

I am the Fundraising Coordinator of the Arizona Aquatic Sports Foundation which has the mission of promoting awareness, access and long-term sustainability of aquatic sports throughout Arizona. We are holding a silent auction at an upcoming masters swim meet and I was wondering if you'd consider donating something to show the Arizona community your fabulous product. The silent auction is scheduled for September 25, 2021 and will be held at Kino Aquatic Center in Mesa, AZ. At this event, typically attended by about 1,500 community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for aquatic scholarships for children in the community whose families can’t afford swimming lessons and aquatic club team memberships.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as in the organization newsletter. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the organization's tax exempt ID number for your records.
