I am writing on behalf of the McKinney High School Mane Attraction Jazz Ensemble to request a donation for our Silent Auction scheduled for April 2, 2022 during our Swing Dance.  The Jazz Ensemble is made up of approximately 25 very talented students who perform throughout the school year at various competitions and community events.  At our Swing Dance and Silent Auction, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  The event proceeds will help support the needs of the program throughout the year.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  Should you make a donation for the silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as in our band newsletter.  We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the McKinney High School Royal Pride Band Booster Club tax exempt ID number for your records.
