2022 Jefferson Elementary Silent Auction and Spring Carnival
Carnival/Festival for PTA California Congress/ Jefferson Elementary PTAApr 29, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM
We are seeking your support as an auction item donor for the Spring Carnival and Silent Auction to benefit the Jefferson Elementary PTA (Redondo Beach). The event will be held on April 29, 2022 on our campus. The event has attracted approximately 300 school parents annually. The proceeds will directly benefit Jefferson Elementary School and will go towards funding critical academic and enrichment programs such as Hands on Art, Fields Trips and grade-level activities, Family and Community Programs, Classroom Grants, Scholarships, Student Programs and Assemblies.
Please consider supporting our event by donating one or more Silent Auction Items. The items can be a gift card or gift certificate, merchandise or a service. Please be sure to include any marketing collateral and relevant details about the items you donate, so we can include an accurate description for potential bidders. Your donation will be acknowledged on the event website, our social media channels and in our weekly newsletter to all parents and community members.
The Carnival and Auction is organized by volunteers from the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and it is one of the school’s largest fundraisers. Jefferson PTA is a 501(c)(3) entity and your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
