The Thomas Jefferson PTO enhances the education of our local school children by sponsoring activities such as educational field trips, cultural arts assemblies, as well as purchasing classroom technology, classroom supplies and other educational materials.
Members of our local business community, such as you, are vital to our efforts. Funds raised last year from generous business owners enabled us to make important upgrades in our school. Last year we raised enough money for much needed air-conditioners for every classroom. This would not have been possible without generous contributions from our business community. This year our primary focus will be new technology to use in the classrooms, such as tablets and document cameras.
We would like to encourage you to join our school community and take the opportunity to introduce your business to our colleagues, their family and friends. Would you be willing to make a fully tax-deductible donation to our school this year? In addition to supporting your local school community with needed educational resources, your company will be acknowledged in our event program.
