Description
Each year we hold a back to school supply drive. Each child receives a new backpack and needed school supplies, which helps them start school with the needed supplies. Last year we raised enough money to supply 61 backpacks, but over 100 students arrived at the event.
This year we see the growing needs of the community and want to make sure we are prepared to have enough resources for all children that attend.
The primary fundraiser for this event is our summer online auction. The auction takes place over a 10 day period in July so that all items can be purchased for the Back to School Supply event before school starts August 10.
