Project Alpaca is a small non-profit started in 2019 with a mission to help disadvantaged college students who are first-generation Americans or immigrants from low-income backgrounds to get into STEAM careers, completely free of charge. In addition to hosting workshops and taking them to onsite office visits to tech companies like Microsoft and Wix, we help expand their circles and feel comfortable networking with professionals by holding events where they get to practice honing their social skills and enjoy a bite with someone they may never have had a conversation with.  

Now that COVID is finally calming down, this year on Dec 11 we’re doing a Jingle & Mingle Holiday Party for this cohort of students and mentors, and would love to see if you’re willing to sponsor the party by providing in-kind donations via catering & gifts for students and mentors. If you believe in advocating for diversity and equity in the workplace, then we are the perfect partner for you! We’ll promote your business to our community, on our social media and website.
