Sir/Madam,

My name is Maggie Pagano and I am a parent and President of the John M. Bailey PTA.  As a member of the PTA, we strive to provide many events and activities for the students and their families to enhance the overall grade school experience and bring a sense of community within our school.  As you may be aware with the school budget difficulties, many of these activities must be paid by outside sources. We are currently looking for donations to help us accomplish events we have planned for this school year.  It is important for us to reach out to our local businesses within our community to not only ask for your help, but to create a partnership. Your tax deductible donation would help to cover the necessary costs for the following event.

We are looking to host our FIRST tricky tray at our school in March . This is a big event and we need a lot of helping hands along with donations to make this very successful. Would you be interested in helping with a donation ?

All donations are tax deductible.  All sponsors names/logos will be printed on tables and programs at each event.
