We are a public elementary school, founded in 1953, in the OMI district of San Francisco with 412 students in grades pre-K-5. Our school offers Mandarin Immersion, Special Education, and General Education programs, and is a microcosm of San Francisco’s own diversity. 

Our Spring Auction will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023 and is an exciting event that serves as our major fundraiser for the year. It will feature a week-long online auction followed by a silent and live auction event with food, drinks, and music. We expect 150+ to attend the live event and the online auction is expected to reach 600 community members. This fundraiser helps support many of our stellar educational programs that do not get funded through the district or state, like science, literacy and art enrichment. Last year, we were able to raise over $20,000 at our spring auction because of community donors like you! 

We know the last few years have been especially tough for businesses, so we apologize if this is coming at a poor time. However, as you know, the cost of these programs does not go away. We humbly ask for a donation of a gift certificate, product or service from your business suitable for an auction.

All of our school's families, volunteers and supporters will be encouraged to patronize those businesses who have so graciously donated to our school. In addition, we will be advertising our auction on our Facebook page, our school website, weekly e-newsletters, posters and flyers.
