Description
Joseph E Stenger died in a bushhogging accident in September of 2015. As a memorial to him, his wife set up a scholarship at the Franklin County Community Foundation, Inc. The scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors who are pursuing a college education. We are having a chicken dinner and basket raffle to raise funds for the scholarship endowment on January 8, 2022 from 4-8.
