Description
The Bridge to Hope (B2H) works to end homelessness one family at a time by equipping the church to take a vested interest in a single mother and her children in crisis, a family that has lost hope and direction.

The Bridge to Hope is a housing ministry for homeless single mothers and their young children. We assist in exiting homelessness by obtaining a GED (if necessary), vocation training (if necessary) and receiving support to obtain employment that will support their family. In addition to housing, a mother is provided case management, life skills programming and work with a mentoring team.

The Bridge to Hope will be holding our Annual Dinner Event and Silent Auction on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at First Southern Baptist Church of Scottsdale, 5230 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85253-7006.

The Journey to Hope is an event designed to help fund the ministry providing housing to homeless single mothers and their children.

The Journey to Hope meal is sponsored by Matthew 25 Project.
