We are writing this letter in hopes of receiving your kind-hearted contribution for the annual School
Auction of John Quincy Adams Primary School. Our Parent Faculty Club (PFC) would like to show our
appreciation to a school that has laid a strong educational foundation for our children and the many
other children that have walked through its doors.

On Tuesday April 9, 2024, we will be hosting a spring auction to raise funds for special treats,
assemblies, playground equipment, school supplies and end of year activities, etc. Your contribution of
merchandise, tickets, gift cards, coupons, etc. will be used as raffle items at our upcoming auction.
Monetary donations will be used for end-of-year activities. Every company that contributes will be noted
in our Spring auction program and our parent Facebook page (JQA Parent Group) as well as our
Facebook PFC (JQA-PFC) page. All donations are tax-deductible.
