We are writing on behalf of the Junior Raiders Cheerleaders, the grade school program of Archbishop Ryan Cheerleading in Philadelphia. The cheerleaders are working very hard to raise money to participate in the National Competition in March.

At this time, we are asking for your financial support in connection with our Designer Bag Bingo event which will be held on October 15, 2022. This event is our largest fundraiser, and we are hoping to make it a success. All attendees at this event will be 21 or older. Are you able to help by donating to our event? All donations received will be used as raffles at the event. All funds raised go directly to the Junior Raider cheerleaders.

There are two tiers for financial sponsorship:

Diamond Tier – Sponsor a Designer Bag for one of the Rounds of Bingo – Monetary Donation of $100 or more

For sponsoring a bag, your company name and website will be placed on our sponsor t-shirts and event banner. Your company name will also be announced at the event during the round of bingo your sponsored and placed on the event flyer.

Platinum Tier – In-Kind Donation

For an in-kind donation, your company name will be placed on our sponsor t-shirts. Your company name will also be placed on the event flyer.

The organization is aware that Covid-19 has hurt many businesses and we understand if you are unable to offer more than moral support to our cheerleaders. If you can offer more, we thank you in advance for your support. The girls would not be able to attend without the financial support of sponsors.
