Description

Our youth group is hosting a fundraiser: a family-friendly Junior Victorian Tea & Basket Raffle for boys and girls and their parents/grandparents on May15, 2022 at Holy Trinity. It includes delicious snacks served on real china, games including Bingo, a craft, a presentation by our beneficiary, and a special guest (a service puppy in training). Our ticket prices are very reasonable, as we live in an economically-challenged community. Our event is as much about bringing in the community for a fun family activity as it is about raising money for a very worthy cause. We even have "angel tickets" - tickets paid for by our Church's Neighbor Supporting Neighbor Fund for interested families who cannot afford to attend.

A donation of a gift card from your business would be greatly appreciated as a raffle item! Sponsor names will be included in our Facebook advertising, will be displayed on a poster at our event, and will be included in our church's newsletter and website. In addition to church members' personal Facebook network, we advertise on 3 public Facebook sites: ANYTHING Catasauqua, PA; Happy Catty!, and You KNOW you're from Catty or North Catty if you remember...

100% of the proceeds from the basket raffle will be donated to Tails of Valor, Paws of Honor to fund a "Puppy Scholarship". Tails of Valor, located in Coopersburg, is dedicated to providing service canines to veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and physical disabilities. Service dog puppies and their raisers attend training classes and go on field trips to work on their socialization, manners, and skills in public. The Puppy Scholarship helps offset the training costs.

I apologize for the delayed request - I had technical difficulties. If the items can't be received/picked up by May 15th, they will be delivered by me to the winner as soon as we receive them.
