On behalf of the James Wood Athletic Association (JWAA), I am excited to announce our upcoming Cash Party Fundraiser on April 5, 2025, and we would be honored to have your support. This annual event helps us raise essential funds to support our athletic programs and student athlete scholarships, and we are reaching out to you to help make it a success.

We are currently seeking both partners and donations for our Live Auction, Silent Auction, and Basket Raffle. Your generosity will not only provide valuable resources and opportunities for local youth but will also give your business excellent exposure among our passionate JWAA and local community supporters.

Partnership Opportunities:

Gold Sponsor ($2000): Reserved table with name displayed and 8 tickets for you and your guests along with a personal server. Partner will also be recognized by a $500 scholarship in the name of your choosing. 
Monetary Sponsor (any amount): Funds general operating costs. Sponsor will receive recognition during the event and in our program.
Donation Opportunities:

Silent Auction Items: Gift certificates, artwork, merchandise, or services.
Live Auction Items: High-value items such as vacation packages, sports memorabilia, or exclusive experiences.
Basket Raffle Items: Themed baskets including items like home goods, gourmet food, wine, or personal care products.
All contributions, regardless of size, make a tremendous impact. In recognition of your generosity, we will proudly display your name or business at the event, on our promotional materials, and on our Facebook page leading up to the event. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible, and we would be happy to provide you with a receipt for your records.
