For 60 years, Kaposia has helped thousands of individuals with disabilities through innovative customized job development and retirement. Kaposia could not offer its quality services to the Twin Cities community without public participation and commitment like yours.

Kaposia works diligently with our customers, learning as much as we can about their individual talents and passions. We differ from most of our competitors in that our goal is to secure jobs and training the customer truly desires. Many of Kaposia customers have secured their first job offering a living wage, which can be a life-changing experience.

Kaposia relies on the generosity of people, foundations, and corporate donors in order to fund a portion of its operating expenses, general improvements, job creation and customer transportation. We ask that you support our organization in these turbulent times by donating a to our silent auction at this year’s Gala. The Gala will feature Jason Corning a deaf blind entreoeneur as well as go over our accomplishments of the year and our plan for the future!
