The Katy Police Officer's Association has one fundraiser per year. The KPOA Fish Fry and Auction is held in April and put on by officers and department employees only. The event serves meal tickets, All-you-can-eat Catfish and sides, and we have a LIVE & SILENT Auction. Funds raised for the event assist officers' families if needed due to the on-the-job injury or death. KPOA also purchases non-budgeted items such as ammunition, ballistic helmets, and other equipment. The funds are also used to maintain the on-site crossfit gym. KPOA funds also help with our K9 Program.  In addition to the department needs, KPOA supports community organizations as well including school organizations, sports organizations, Adopt-a-family for Christmas, and Thanksgiving Turkeys.
