The Keyport First Aid Auxiliary is planning our 19th Annual Tricky Tray Gift Auction. The purpose
of our gift auction is to raise funds for our all-volunteer first aid squad to help subsidize some of
the financial expenses associated with day-to-day operations. In order to make this event such a
great success, we rely on individuals, businesses and organizations such as yourself to support
us in the form of donations – whether it be monetary, gifts, services etc.
Our dedicated volunteer Emergency Medical Technicians and Emergency Medical Services
members provide FREE service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year - not only to
the Borough of Keyport, but to the surrounding towns in the Bayshore area as well (specifically
Aberdeen, Hazlet, Holmdel, Keansburg, Matawan, Middletown, and Union Beach).
The squad responded to over 1,400 calls last year, which equaled 4,500 hours of volunteer
service. The Keyport First Aid Squad has had the past honor of being voted Best Outstanding
First Aid Squad in NJ by the NJ Dept. of Health of EMS and the NJ EMS Council. We are also
proud to have an award-winning Cadet Program.
