Changing Children’s Worlds Foundation (CCWF) was created to strengthen our communities, one family at a time. As a Charitable Organization 501(c)3, we accomplish our mission through the implementation of “The Best Start for Families - A Health Equity Approach” with schools, mental health & social service agencies, child advocacy centers, community organizations, professionals, and paraprofessionals, to help families thrive. We support the social, emotional, cognitive, and regulative development of our children. Through this, we help children become strong learners and leaders, and in a broader sense, create stronger, more peaceful communities. 

On Saturday, November 19th, CCWF will hold its second “Kids and Crafts Fair”, a family FUNdraiser, at the Hickory Knolls Discovery Center in St. Charles, 12pm – 4pm. Children need opportunities for positive experiences and they need to learn from positive community interactions. Parents will be invited to support their children in learning strong social/emotional skills, self-regulation and communications in their interactions on this special day.  These skills build capacity for all to build and engage in positive relationships and pro-social behavior.

CCWF would like to request a donation from your organization to be used towards our “Kid and Crafts Fair” Silent Auction/Fundraising Event. Your donation towards our fundraiser along with additional money raised will support the continuation of our empathy-based Family Development and Learning Groups for participating families in 2023.
