Each year the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City (Tax Exempt ID: 43-6072065) holds a fantastic special event called Kids Night Out. Kids Night Out is about inspiring hope in and creating opportunities for the thousands of urban youth who come into our Clubs every year.  We bring the biggest and brightest stars to the Kansas City stage for an evening of entertainment and celebration – allowing us to raise greatly needed funds for youth so we can continue inspiring these young people to dream big, and then help them plan for great futures.

Kids Night Out includes a cocktail party, sit-down dinner, silent and live auctions, and a program featuring a special celebrity guest performer.

For over 100 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City has been a front runner in offering programs and developing supportive relationships with thousands of youth. Many members are from households where, in some cases, the income levels are only slightly above federal poverty rates. The Clubs are committed to ensuring that memberships are accessible - only $15 for a member to enjoy an entire school year of programming. However, the cost to the Clubs is $2,397 to provide those programs to each child all year.

All dollars raised at Kids Night Out will stay right here in Kansas City to benefit the local youth served by the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Your support will keep our doors open for the over 1,000 youth who walk through our doors daily.  In the Clubs, youth find adults who pay attention to them, quiet space to complete homework, areas in which to explore their interests, and daily support toward achieving their goals and becoming strong leaders, prepared to face the future.

In exchange for your gift, we will be pleased to provide you with recognition in our event program which will be given to the 1,200+ guests in attendance, as well as providing you with post-event recognition in the local print media. In addition, we will provide recognition pre-event via various social media channels. There are also opportunities to display signage/ company information during the auction and logo would be included on the mobile bidding site.
