Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City (BGCGKC) has been serving youth throughout Kansas City for over 100 years, working to better the lives of boys and girls, ages 5-18. With the help of our supporters, BGCGKC is improving our community by providing kids, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, with safe places to spend their time outside of school, giving them a hot meal during their time at the Club, and by presenting them with opportunities to grow, learn, and develop. These opportunities include playing team sports, experiencing the arts, learning how to operate computers and advanced technology equipment, and more. The Clubs keep kids on track to graduate from high school with post-secondary plans. Through the 'Whole Child Program Model', Boys & Girls Clubs helps children develop educationally, emotionally, mentally, physically, and morally.

As the largest fundraising event held annually to support the youth served by BGCGKC, Kids Night Out brings 1,200+ philanthropy-focused guests together to benefit children served by Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. The event features a cocktail party, silent auction, dinner, live auction, and a musical performance by a special celebrity guest. It is our organization's goal to raise $2.4 million through the 2024 Kids Night Out event. In appreciation of all auction donors, we will provide recognition in the printed event program distributed to all 1,200+ guests who attend Kids Night Out each year, display your logo/company name alongside your item(s) during the auction, and provide post-event recognition in The Independent magazine, a prestigious Kansas City publication.
