Dear Prospective Donor,

Each year, our Killington and Rutland County Community comes together to celebrate Independence Day with a day of fun-filled activities, and delicious food, and our silent auction is back for another year! This year, we're reaching out to local businesses and individuals like you to contribute to make our event a success.

Your generous donations play a crucial role in helping us maintain our enhance our training programs, support our firefighters in their mission to keep our community safe through community outreach as well and support Killington Families who have been affected by tragic events such as a house fire or a death on their family.

Here are some donation ideas that would greatly contribute to the success of our event:

Food for the BBQ: Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Pasta Salad, Chips and more.
Gift Cards for the Silent Auction: We're seeking gift cards from businesses.
Merchandise and Hard Goods: Items such as skis, kayak rentals, outdoor gear, and other merchandise have been highly sought after in our previous auctions.

Auction Information

Format: Silent Auction

All bidders will be notified by email if they win and an invoice will be sent that night. 

Companies and individuals will receive an email with information about how much money was raised both on their product and overall.
