Hayden’s House of Healing is a non-profit 501c3 foundation that has been created to honor Hayden Jeter Dorsett, and all other children gone too soon. Hayden’s House of Healing was formed after the founders saw the impact an annual retreat hosted for mothers who have lost a child had on the attendees. Our mission is to provide a safe, tranquil space for bereaved mothers, fathers, couples and families to heal and connect together through a variety of methods and activities offered to assist in the healing process.

We host several retreats year round for mothers, fathers, couples and families grieving the loss of a child.  These retreats will be a time for the bereaved to share their grief and stories of their deceased child, connect with others also grieving a similar loss, participate in memorial projects and healing activities, and find hope for ways to move forward. This community has experienced great tragedy - our intention is to provide some light in their lives and help to kickstart the healing in their hearts. 

On Friday, November 8, 2024  Hayden’s House of Healing is hosting its annual GALA at The Graycliff in Moonachie, NJ. This premier event will hold over 300 attendees and proceeds will benefit our mission to continue to support bereaved parents and families across the country through multiple grief retreats.  

The Gala will feature a range of raffle and auction prizes, which play a significant role in our fundraising efforts. To that end, we are contacting you to to support this very worthy charity event by sponsoring our event or donating ride vouchers or other items  for our auction offering.  These will be used for our family experience auction prizes to help support grieving families in our community.
