The Kittatinny Regional High School Band Boosters is having our 9th annual tricky tray. This is a huge event for us that we do in order to raise money for our Instrumental program and the money that it takes to keep our program running. We use these funds to support our award winning Marching Band and Jazz band. Also our wind ensembles and our Jr. High band too. We are a grade 7-12 middle/high school. We are made up of students from Northwestern NJ in Sussex County. The towns that attend are Fredon, Hampton Township, Sandyston/Walpack and Stillwater. Due to huge budget cuts in the state of NJ, we rely heavily on this event to raise funds so that our program can remain strong. The tricky tray is held the third Saturday of September. We offer three level of prize tickets, a mystery prize and a 50/50. We promote the donations that we receive on our social media pages with a shout out to the sponsor. We also put the name of the sponsor in our event newsletter that we hand out at the tricky tray itself. We are a large draw to other towns that surround our distict. People come from Sparta, Newton, Sussex, Hamburg, Blairstown, Andover etc. We even get people who travel from out of state to attend, since Tricky Trays seem to be more a metro area fundraiser!
