Kitten Rescue is one of the largest non-profit animal rescue organizations in Southern California. Founded in 1997, we have placed over 25,000 animals into loving homes, and continue to rescue homeless and abandoned animals through our network of dedicated volunteer foster parents and our no-kill shelter in Atwater Village.

On Saturday, October 2, 2021 we will be celebrating our 24th year of advocating for the abandoned and neglected cats and kittens of Los Angeles at our 13th Annual Fur Ball at the Skirball Gala, and we would love nothing more than to share this experience with sponsors and donors.

We are excited to return to a live event this year, with a program filled with celebrity guests, special honorees, entertainment, a silent auction—and much more!  Our Annual Gala is our biggest fundraising event of the year and its success directly impacts how many animals we can save. We expect around 400 guests to attend the event at the Skirball, and thousands more to attend virtually, via live-stream on our website and social media platforms.
