Kitten Rescue is one of the largest non-profit animal rescue organizations in Southern California. We fulfill a need throughout Los Angeles by advocating for abandoned and neglected cats and kittens through rescue, rehabilitation and adoption. Founded in 1997, Kitten Rescue has saved over 22,000 animals through our network of dedicated volunteers and our no-kill shelter in Atwater Village.

At the end of 2019 we started planning our 12th Annual Fur Ball at the Skirball Gala for Saturday, September 26th, 2020. As 2020 rolled around, our world was struck with a pandemic. We were hopeful that could still hold a live event, however we now need to hold a virtual Fur Ball Gala, and we are hoping we can count on your support for the event.

The truth is that we are saving more lives during these challenging times. With city shelters closed, our intake and adoptions are up by 40% from last year and our need for funds is greater than ever before. The proceeds from the Fur Ball will enable us to save more homeless animals, by providing funds to operate the Kitten Rescue Sanctuary and Nursery, as well as medical care for cats in our foster system.

Please help us continue our never-ending mission of saving abandoned animals and placing them into loving homes by becoming a sponsor for Kitten Rescue’s annual gala.
