Dear Friend of Huron Valley Lutheran High School: 

I am writing to you on behalf of Huron Valley Lutheran High School in Westland, MI. HVL is a community school providing quality Christian secondary education for grades 9 – 12 in Southeast Michigan. HVL provides exceptional academics, Christian values, and numerous opportunities to students to be involved in athletics, music, and other extra-curricular activities. 

On April 29th, 2023 HVL will host its annual fundraising dinner auction gala under the theme, “Saturday Night Fever!”  This auction consists of an elegant dinner, silent and live auction, community fellowship and entertainment. Auction attendees are HVL parents, alumni, community members, business supporters and honored guests. The monies raised are used to provide the funds necessary to support a variety of vital needs, including academic programs, such as technology, campus needs, as well as funds for those families needing assistance with tuition. 

The purpose of this letter is to ask you to consider supporting our endeavor through a donation of goods, services, experience, gift certificate or product that we can use in our live or silent auction. Donating a product, service,s hotel/overnight stay, tickets, team memorabilia or a gift certficate helps to support our educational mission. If you are able to support our event, please be sure to include any marketing collateral, brochures, and relevant details about the item or your business, so that we can provide an accurate description for potential bidders. Your name will also be listed with the item on display for hundreds of people to see, along with being published in our auction booklet in paper and online. 

Huron Valley Lutheran High School is a 501 (C) 3 entity and all donations are tax deductible at the declared value, Tax ID# 38-2134178.
