Description

Dear Friend of Congregation B’nai Tikvah:
Congregation B’nai Tikvah will be hosting its annual gala, L’Chaim!, on Sunday, May 22, 2022. We will be celebrating Rabbi Chabon’s 18th year with CBT! The evening events will include a silent and live auction. Last year, this event raised more than $140,000 and was virtually attended by more than 150 attendees from throughout the East Bay.

As a non-profit organization, we serve over 330 families in the Walnut Creek/Lafayette and surrounding area. We have been providing a religious and spiritual community for 40 years and we could not have thrived as we have without the help of our businesses who continue to support us.

We’re currently collecting merchandise and services for our event, and I’m writing to request your support. Your donation will help us in raising funds to support the wonderful programs and supplement the services our community needs and to ensure long term stability. In return, you will gain valuable exposure at the event. As I mentioned earlier, last year’s auction had more than 150 attendees from the Bay Area in attendance – many of whom have supported our donors throughout the year.

Your participation – no matter how big or small – will help us accomplish our financial goals. We will display your contribution prominently in our auction catalog and visually at our event. In addition, your contribution is tax deductible.

We hope you will consider a contribution to our event. We have enclosed a donation form for your convenience. Please mail for arrival by April 22, 2022. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with tax ID #94-2824039.

If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to give me a call at 415-632-9786.

Thank you for your support!
