. La Academia PTO will be holding La Fiesta on March 18, 2022 in Chaska, MN. This is our biggest fundraising event of the year. We are expecting over 2,000 people to attend.
La Academia is a dual-language immersion school in Eastern Carver County Schools. Our students speak either English or Spanish as their primary language at home, but they come together to learn language, academics and culture. La Academia PTO supports the school through initiatives such as a new outdoor classroom, educational field trips, materials that teachers have come to rely on, and teaching interns from Spanish-speaking countries.
