Laurel Run Swimming Association located at 3500 Willow Grove Avenue, Reading, PA 19605 is celebrating its 61st year of operation (1961 - 2022).  We are a non-profit organization that receives no funding to operate from any outside sources and we solely depend on our yearly membership dues to cover our operating expenses, along with our weekly Bingo proceeds and our annual Labor Day raffle items.  We were one of the few pools in the Berks County area that operated during the 2020 season under COVID guidelines, and the only pool to operate this year in Muhlenberg Township.

On Labor Day each year we hold a “Chinese Auction” type raffle for our members with all kinds of donated items, such as gift certificates from local businesses, free item coupons, donated items from member’s employers and items donated by our own members to raise money.  All proceeds are used to make repairs to and maintain our pool so that our members can continue to enjoy their pool in the future years to come.

Would your company, business or organization be willing to help us with our fundraising efforts by contributing something for our raffle?    All and any contributions will be gladly accepted, and you will be provided with a receipt for your donation.
