On March 8th, 2024 the Raritan Valley PTO will hold our 30thAnnual Ladies Night Auction Fundraiser at North Centerville Volunteer Fire House in Hazlet, NJ. This event is our largest and most important event for our school. We are expecting more than 200 people to attend this event. Money raised from this event enables our PTO to provide cultural enrichment programs, assemblies, sports equipment, art appreciation programs and many other activities that would not normally be affordable with limited school budgets. We, at Raritan Valley School, consider you a valued member of our community. We respectfully ask that you consider a donation or purchasing advertising space in our ad journal. We would be grateful for gifts of merchandise or gift certificates that would become part of the gift auction. An acknowledgment card would be attached to recognize your donation. Your business will be listed in our program book. If you place an advertisement in our ad journal with a donation valued at $150 or more, a sign for your business will be displayed on an easel by our registration table.

Your donation is fully tax deductible. The Raritan Valley PTO has 501c3 status. The Schools NCES District ID Number is 3413680 and the NCES School ID Number is 03836. Our applicable tax identification number is EO 222-545-919/000. Please send all donations by February 16th. This will allow us to properly display your donation at the event and include your donation on our donation list in our Event Journal. Arrangements for picking up merchandise or gift certificates can be made by calling me or emailing me at the contact information below. All monies from this event will fund academic programs, student activities, instructional materials and equipment.
